Required Documents
  • Valid Passport: Must have at least 12 months of validity from the application date and 4 blank pages.
  • Photographs: Two recent passport-size color photos with a plain white background.
  • National ID: Original Smart Card or National ID (NID) card.
  • Contact Info: Active local mobile number and a working email address.
  • Official Clearance: Government Order (GO) or No Objection Certificate (NOC) if employed by the government.
  • Special Documents: Marriage certificate for couples, birth certificates for minors, and notarized Mahram authorization letters if applicable.
Health & Vaccination Rules
  • Meningococcal Meningitis: Mandatory ACYW135 vaccination certificate administered at least 10 days before arrival.
  • Polio & Other Vaccines: Proof of OPV/IPV or other regional health clearances as mandated by Saudi authorities.
  • Fitness: Medical clearance certificate proving physical capability for the pilgrimage.
Specific Rules for Women and Minors
  • Women under 45: Must travel accompanied by a legal male guardian (Mahram) with proof of relationship.
  • Women 45 and older: May travel without a Mahram, provided they are part of an organized, licensed group and carry a notarized consent letter.
  • Children: Require their own individual visa and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
